jorgen hus

Jorgen Hus, born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, attended St. Joseph High School, where he showcased his prowess as a linebacker while also displaying his unique skill as a long snapper. His relentlessness on the field earned him a position as a core 4 special teams player for the Saskatoon Hilltops, as he also distinguished himself as the starting long snapper. This exceptional ability paved the way for a scholarship to the University of Regina Rams, where he excelled as a four-year starter. Hus's elite snapping skills caught the attention of NFL teams, leading to tryouts with the St. Louis Rams and Seattle Seahawks, and in 2015, he played in the preseason for the Kansas City Chiefs. Following his NFL experience, he was selected in the fourth round of the CFL draft and has been the starting long snapper for the Saskatchewan Roughriders since 2015, earning numerous All-Star honors along the way. Coach Hus embodies discipline and dedication, serving as a testament that with hard work and determination, dreams can be realized. We are incredibly fortunate to have Jorgen guiding the next generation of athletes, teaching them what it takes to achieve their athletic aspirations.
